You have worked so hard to start the planning process for your epic wedding day (and selected us as your venue!), we can continue the level of dedication, love, and care for your day on the big day - let us coordinate or plan your wedding day

Coordination services

This package is for couples that feel comfortable planning their wedding on their own. About a month before the wedding, the Coordinator steps in to wrap up the final details. Below is a summary of what our Coordinating team includes in this option:

  • Services begin around 1 month prior to the wedding date

  • Create the full wedding day timeline & communicate this to vendors

  • Creating the ceremony cue sheet 

  • Finalizing your floor plan layout

  • Ceremony rehearsal practice

  • Set up décor provided by the couple; this includes but is not limited to: linens, tableware, centerpieces, ceremony décor, guest book, etc. Some limitations apply (i.e., D.I.Y. floral arrangements)

  • Break down décor items, tables, and chairs from the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces

Partial Planning

This package is for couples that feel comfortable planning most of their wedding on their own. The couple and the Planner decide on a few specific areas they need additional help with. Below is a summary of what our Planning team includes in this option:

  • Everything listed above in the Coordination Service

  • Researching and booking 3-4 vendors or areas of the planning process:

    • For example, the couple could ask for help in booking catering, DJ, and a florist if those are areas where they would like additional help

    • Researching vendors based on the couple’s wishes

    • Communicating all details with those vendors

Full Planning

This package is for couples that would like guidance throughout the entire wedding planning process. Below is a summary of what our Planning team includes in this option:

  • Everything listed above in the Coordination and Partial Planning packages

  • Researching and booking all vendors

  • Assisting with wedding design

  • Can include assistance in designing and mailing invitations

Add Ons

  • Linen design, setup, breakdown, pickup & drop off; included in the Partial & Full Planning Services

  • Rehearsal Dinner Planning

  • DIY Floral set up

  • Dishware Clean Up Staff

  • Any rentals that require the Planner/Coordinator to pick up or drop off may require additional fees to cover time and travel; this varies depending on distance and quantity

 

Communication

  • The Planning & Coordination team will use email as the main source of communication

  • Expected typical response times for both the Planner/Coordinator and the couple are 48 hours during average business hours

  • The couple is expected to complete the required Google Sheet for Gardens in the Gorge for general wedding information by the due date listed on the provided sheet

  • Initial Consultation

    • Meeting with the couple to review vision and initial vendor concepts

    • Gardens in the Gorge to provide vendor list with targeted recommendations

    • Overview of responsibilities for the couple + coordinator/planner
