• The pricing below reflects weddings for up to 200 of your friends and family, this pricing is based on the day of the week and season (scroll for more)

• Our smaller event pricing does not vary throughout the year and is listed on the page describing each smaller event (links below)

• All prices are subject to change - we occasionally calibrate all of our pricing, the information listed here is up to date with the latest pricing

• Weekday holidays (or observed holidays) follow Sunday rates

• Saturday and Sunday of 3-day weekends follow Saturday rates

• Add Thursday to a Friday reservation for +$1,000; access on Thursday noon-9pm

• Weekday weddings (Monday-Thursday) have the hours of 10am - 11pm to respect our community and Hamilton County regulations

• Gardens in the Gorge requires Day of Event Insurance with a minimum of $1M in coverage with Gardens in the Gorge listed as additional insured - approximate insurance cost is $170
